Huscroft HVAC are in an industry where everyone has a logo comprised of a snowflake and a sun or flame. Without straying too far from the idea of representing heating and cooling, I presented the idea of playfully twisting the italicized Avant Garde letters into arrows. The idea of hot and cold is immediate and effective without resorting to overly used symbols.
